Return & Refund Policy
At KAZEN, each product is produced in limited quantities with utmost care. Because of the nature of our business and made-to-order model, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds under normal circumstances.
No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
All sales are final. Please double-check your size, address, and other details before placing your order. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer an exchange or refund — but only under the following conditions:
1. Unboxing Video Required
A continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment you receive the sealed package. This video must clearly show:
- The unopened package
- The unwrapping process
- The damaged or defective item in question
2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email us at bk.kazen@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @kazen.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- The unboxing video
- Clear photos of the defect/damage
- Your order ID
3. Verification & Action
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange either a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.
Exchange Not Available for Size Issues
Since we produce in limited batches, exchanges for size issues are not available. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
